How it works

  • Map each managed customer.

    Connect Level groups and subgroups to the matching customers in ZestMSP.

  • Sync the device record.

    Devices in mapped groups begin syncing as soon as the integration is enabled.

  • Choose the ticket triggers.

    Select the Level monitor policies that should create Zest tickets.

Set up the integration

  • Generate the key in ZestMSP.

    Connect Level from ZestMSP Integrations and copy the dedicated API key.

  • Connect ZestMSP in Level.

    Paste the key into Settings, save it, and test the connection.

  • Map, enable, and verify.

    Map groups and monitor policies, enable sync, and watch the Level Events log.
