Regentra

Import Level devices into Regentra as assets. Synced devices can appear on tickets and in the client portal. This integration does not open tickets from alerts.

Overview

Level devices sync into Regentra as assets. An optional webhook sends device created, updated, and deleted events. This integration does not open tickets from Level alerts.

How it works

  • Bring over the full inventory.

Level devices become Regentra assets with identity, hardware, operating system, and status data.

  • Refresh on a schedule.

Regentra pulls the Level device inventory on its own schedule, documented as every six hours.

  • Push changes within seconds.

An optional Level webhook sends device creation, update, and deletion events as they happen.

Set up the integration

  • Create a read-only Level API key.

Regentra reads device data from Level and does not write changes back.

  • Connect Level.io RMM in Regentra.

Test the API connection, save it, and run the first device import.

  • Add real-time updates if needed.

Point a Level webhook at Regentra for device created, updated, and deleted events.
