Onboarding
Free onboarding with Level.
Work through your goals with a Level engineer on a free one-hour call. Bring a real workflow, and we’ll help you plan the monitors and automations behind it.
Put your first workflow in focus.
Use the hour to work through the details.
Set the objective.
Tell us what you need to know, prevent, or automate. We will capture the goal before getting into workflow details.
Scope the devices.
Identify the organizations, groups, tags, device types, and operating systems the workflow should cover.
Design the monitor.
Choose the condition, threshold, duration, and alert path that will surface the right signal without unnecessary noise.
Map the automation.
Connect the trigger, conditions, device scope, and actions, then define how you will test the workflow safely.
Bring the workflow you cannot quite finish.
Work through the sticking points with an engineer.
Design the right monitor.
Work through the signal, threshold, duration, device scope, and alert path with an engineer.
Map the automation.
Turn the manual response into a trigger, conditions, and actions that you can build and test in Level.
Come back when you are stuck.
Bring a monitor or automation you need help planning. For setup questions or troubleshooting, contact support.
Hear from teams getting started.
See what they found when they tried Level.
Make the most of your onboarding call.
Bring the goal, the context, and a few test devices.
A concrete outcome.
Bring one or two things you want Level to detect, alert on, prevent, or handle automatically.

Questions about free onboarding.
Know what to expect before you book.
What is included in free onboarding?
Free onboarding is a single 60-minute Teams call with a Level engineer. We will take note of your goals and objectives, then help design the monitors and automations that support them.
When should I book onboarding?
Book before your initial rollout, after adding test devices, or whenever you are stuck on a monitor or automation. You do not have to be brand new to use the onboarding call.
Do I need the call to start using Level?
No. You can create the account, install the agent, and start testing Level on your own. Book onboarding when a focused working session with an engineer would help.
What can we design during the call?
Bring a real workflow. We can work through monitor conditions, thresholds, device scope, and alert routing, then map the triggers, conditions, and actions for an automation.
What should I bring?
Bring one or two goals, the devices they apply to, and the way your team handles the work today. Existing scripts, alert examples, or screenshots can make the hour more useful.
Should I use onboarding or support?
Use free onboarding for a focused one-hour working session around goals, monitors, and automations. Use support for setup questions, troubleshooting, or help with an existing workflow. Both connect you with Level engineers.
Are the first 10 devices free forever?
Yes. The first 10 devices are free forever, so you can validate Level before you expand.
How do I add my first device?
Create your account, install the Level agent on a test device, and check that it appears in your device list. You can do this before the onboarding call.
Will you import my old RMM?
No. There is no one-click RMM migrator. Rebuild scripts and schedules as Level workflows. Run Level beside your current tool until you are ready. See our guide to switching to Level.
Bring the goal. We'll work through the workflow.
