Is there a free trial available?
Yes. Your first 10 endpoints are free with no time limit. You can evaluate Level as long as you want. If you would like help getting started, we also offer a free 30 minute onboarding call with one of our engineers.
How does billing work at Level?
Billing is simple: $2 per endpoint per month after your first 10 free devices. For example, managing 11 devices would cost $22/month. Your invoice reflects the previous month’s peak device count, so you always pay based on what you actually used.
Are there any contracts or lock-ins?
No. Level is entirely month-to-month with no contracts or commitments.
Are there any hidden fees or setup charges?
No. There are no hidden fees, and setup and onboarding are free. You only pay $2 per device above your first 10 free.
How is device usage calculated?
We bill based on your peak number of devices during each month. If your device count goes up or down, your billing adjusts automatically, keeping costs aligned with your actual usage.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes. Non-profits and government organizations receive 10% off when paying annually.
